TRAINING SESSIONS
As part of this year’s edition of the Academic Job Fair, we invite everyone interested to take part in free training sessions conducted by our exhibitors!
Training location: Expo-Łódź Hall, al. Politechniki 4, 1st floor, conference rooms.
The symbols of the training rooms can be found in the descriptions of each session.

ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION:
1. All training sessions will take place on April 16, 2026.
2. Trainings will be held from 1:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Expo-Łódź Hall, 1st floor, conference rooms.
3. The maximum duration of a training session is 2 teaching hours.
4. Registration for a training session is done by filling out and submitting the form on our website (if there is no form under the session description, it means there are no available spots).
5. When registering, please note that you cannot sign up for multiple training sessions scheduled at the same time – participants who do so will be automatically removed from all sessions by the ATP organizers.
6. All training sessions at ATP 2026 are held in person and are FREE of charge..
7. Registered participants will receive a reminder email no later than 2 days before the training.
8. By registering for the event, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of participating in the training.
9. If you cannot attend a training session you registered for, please email us at: joanna.cicirko[@]p.lodz.pl at least 48 hours before the event. This will free up your spot for someone else. Failure to notify us of your absence or cancel your reservation within this time frame will result in losing the opportunity to participate in ATP trainings this year and in future editions.
IMPORTANT!
Please note that during the training session, photographing, recording, or capturing content in any form or with any device is strictly prohibited. Any participant who violates this rule will be responsible for covering any claims from third parties arising from the violation of their rights, including copyright or related rights.
NOTE:
Please be aware that photographic material may be taken during the training session for archival purposes.
